4 Seasons Landscaping Plus provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to landscape design, brick and stone installations, softscapes, plantings, lawn maintenance, erosion control, sod and seeding, water features, outdoor lighting, and snow removal services in the Yorkville, IL area and surrounding communities.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Written agreements supersede verbal estimates.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with past-due balances. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Office visits are by appointment only. We are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Online appointment booking is available through our website. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
Plant warranties and service guarantees will be specified in individual service agreements. Warranties may be voided if proper care and maintenance instructions are not followed. Weather-related damage or acts of nature are not covered under standard warranties.
6. Property Access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. It is your responsibility to mark or notify us of underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other hidden features that may be affected by our work.
7. Limitation of Liability
4 Seasons Landscaping Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
